The Stay Connected section includes links to newsletters and print resources. The Criminal Justice Editors Group, available through NCJRS, is a network of more than 130 editors of national, state, and local periodicals, sharing information from the NCJRS sponsoring agencies and network members on a regular basis. Editors then share these resources with their respective readerships. Membership is free.

The 2009 National Symposium on Sex Offender Management and Accountability will be held April 21-23, 2009, in Houston, Texas. This annual symposium is offered as part of the SMART Office's efforts to provide jurisdictions with training as they move toward implementation of Title I of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
